  8. COST • £599 which includes all trips, transport, all meals at the hotel & travel insurance • Initial deposit: £100 by 14 October A 2nd interim deposit of £150 will be due by 1 December • To be paid in full by end of May 2015

  9. What next? • Collect a letter at the end of assembly or go the languages office at break or lunchtime to get a letter for more information • Deposit needs to be returned as quickly as possible to secure flights as the price of these could change • For the trip to run we will need a minimum of 30 students
