Early Life He learned photography at an early age. His mother was an itinerant baby photographer, and he was enlisted in the family business from the age of 13.
In 1959 Larry Clark got into all types of drugs such as injecting amphetamines. From 1963 to 1971 he carried round a camera producing pictures of is drug shooting exposing the reality of American Suburban life.
Looking at some of Larrys collection of photos you can see the pictures have been taken from a camera he has carried round with him taking pictures of friends. Also some of the pictures are stills from his films as he is also a famous film director.
