Key Redeployment Events • Cargo will travel via rail and Ferry back to Vilseck, Germany • Cargo will then move via truck to final destination (K-Town/Graf.) • MARFOR cargo will return to Norway via ICTB tender • Dunnage and residue will be moved with 2CR sensitive cargo back • to Miseau and Vilseck • Load Soldiers A-bags/Ruck sacks into container for onward • movement to Germany (21st Pax in Tapa) • Identify number of Pax and confirm flights from Estonia/Latvia to • OCONUS/CONUS • Confirm Rail reservation for redeployment of cargo • Conducts IPRs and ROC Drill to synchronize redeployment plans • Coordinate for Buses and Baggage trucks for movement to Riga • airport in Latvia • Ensures equipment and cargo are properly loaded onto the • Russian guage rail cars at Ropazi rail head in Latvia

Sequence of Redeployment Events Mode 1: Hwy (Ropazi & Ventspils) • Equipment/Cargo movement to Ropazi rail head, Latvia: • 1 x Kalmar will be transported from Adazi to Ropazi rail head to support rail loading • All containers that were transported via rail from Germany • 2 x R-11 Refueller and 1 x K-loader will be transported by commercial Lowboy from Amari to Ventspils on 21 Jun • 1 x Kalmar will be transported by commercial HET from Adazi to Ventspils on 27 Jun • JMTC containers, the fest tents, and the cots (19 x 20’, 3 x 40’ and 2 x ISU-90) will be picked up by commercial trucks from Adazi to Ventspils on 27 Jun • 1 x Kalmar will be transported with commercial truck to Ropazi rail head to support rail loading • Units are responsible for getting their equipment to the rail head unless there is a local contract established to haul certain equipment

8. Sequence of Redeployment Events Mode 2a: Rail (Russian Rail) • Loading the Russian gauge rail cars at Ropazi rail head in Latvia: • Units are responsible for loading their equipment on rail cars • DLA 1 x 20” container • 2CR cargo • 21st TSC cargo • Freight Forwarder is responsible for BB&T • Loading of Train #1:24/25 Jun; Train #2: 25/26 Jun • 21st TSC (CW4 Slusher) will oversees loading of Russian rail cars (CTP return flight is 28 Jun)

Sequence of Redeployment Events Mode 3: Ferry (Ventspils-Lubeck) • Transloading equipment onto Ferry at Ventspils: • All cargo from Train #1 and Train #2 • 2 x Kalmar, 2 x R-11 Refueller, and 1 x K-loader • JMTC containers, fest tents, and cots (19 x 20’, 3 x 40’ and 2 x ISU-90) • Ferry departs Ventspils on 01 Jul, ETA Lubeck, Germany 03 Jul • Freight Forwarder will provide SITREP to SPO TIB (Mr. Reidl)

Sequence of Redeployment Events Mode 2b: Rail (Lubeck-Vilseck) • Transload equipment onto German rail cars in Lubeck: • All cargo from Train #1 and Train #2 • 2 x R-11 Refueller • JMTC containers, fest tents, and cots (19 x 20’, 3 x 40’ and 2 x ISU-90) • Train #1 with 2CR equipment will depart Lubeck first on 04 Jul, ETA Vilseck 05 Jul • Train #2 departs Lubeck on 05 Jul, ETA Vilseck 06 Jul • Hwy movement from Lubeck to final destination: • HET will transport 2 x Kalmar to Grafenwoehr • Commercial Lowboy will transport K-Loader to Ramstein • Other 21st TSC equipment will be transported to K-Town via commercial highway

Sequence of Redeployment Events Mode 4: Air • Air movement from Latvia to OCONUS/CONUS: • Confirm all flights • Bus Movement of Pax/Baggages from Tapa and Adazi to Riga Airport: • Coordinate for busses and baggage trucks • Coordinate for escort for movement from Estonia to Latvia border and from Latvia border to Riga airport

14. Facts/Assumptions • Facts: • Air Force will move its own cargo • Empty container will be loaded with Soldiers A-bags/Ruck Sacks for onwarded movement to Germany (only 21st TSC personnel in Tapa) • 21st TSC personnel will redeploy on the same flight on 23 Jun (with the exception of COL Holscher, LTC Fanning, SGM Shuman, SGM Alvarez) • Assumptions: • All ammo and dunnage will be expended • 6966 TTT will move residue back to Germany with 2CR sensitive cargo • PA NG flight to Stuttgart en route to PA in the United States will not change • Mayor Cell will coordinate for Wash rack utilization in Latvia
