  6. Pedestrians……… • Pre-plan your route of travel. • Use well lit, well traveled routes. • Travel with a partner. • Be observant!!! Look around your location, think safety. • Carry your cell phone with you.

  7. Motorists………… • Familiarize yourself with the area. • Look for a parking area that is both convenient and open. • Be observant!!! Look around your location, and again…think safety. • Be sure to secure your vehicle.

  12. Remember………. • Always inform someone when you are leaving the campus, and when you arrive at your destination. • Utilize a person of contact, (friend, relative, classmate) keeping them informed of your location and destination.
