UCOP Employee Responsibilities • Report Unsafe/Unhealthy Conditions to Department Safety Officer • Attend Safety Meetings/Training Session • If Absent, Get Updated by Department Safety Officer; or • Attend Monthly Make-Up Session • Follow Safe and Healthful Work Practices
UCOP Supervisor/Manager Responsibilities • Ensure Employees Attend Safety Meetings or Make-Up Sessions • Provide Safety Training to Employees • Department Safety Officer – Provide Support • Be Familiar with Safety & Health Hazards Which Employees Under Immediate Direction May Be Exposed To • Correct Unsafe/Unhealthy Conditions
