New Process in Handling Potential OCI • Post Request For Information (RFI) • Outline the NASA- identified potential OCI issues, and • Request that prospective offerors identify high-level potential • OCI issues and submit OCI mitigation strategies • The Procurement Developmental Team will assess the submitted • information and will respond to each prospective offeror via letter. • Only 1 letter will be sent in response to the submitted strategies • Issue Request For Proposal (RFP) • Receive proposals and assess OCI in accordance with the NASA • OCI guide.
