Letters will be given an individual identification number based on the category, date, status, tracking number and topic abbreviation. Category Key General GENL Product Information PROD Technical Publications TPUB Systems SYST Training TRNG Network NETW Tariffs TRFF Web Site WEBS Status Key Initial I Final F Addressable Architecture Key.Month.Date.Year.Status.Tracking Number.Topic Abbreviation Examples:A product announcement would look like this:PROD.06.21.01.F.00032.UNEUpdate A systems announcement would look like this: SYST.07.05.01.I.00021.IMA8indicating an initial release notification SYST.07.15.01.F.00021.IMA8 indicating a final release notification

Customer Letters Retrievable Web Site • Scope: Create an active archive via the wholesale web site that will allow customers to retrieve all notification letters that impact Qwest’s local service business. • Design: Create a site that is easy to use & understand, minimal scrolling (wide & deep), common industry standard language for categories, drop-down retrievable architecture for quick-find. • URL Address Location: Would be inserted into the architecture to appear under Training & Notices via the horizontal navigation. Must also appear within “notices” in the left navigation. • Preliminary Categories to include: • Product Notifications • Process Notifications • System Notifications • Training Notifications • General Notifications • Network Notifications • Technical Publication Notifications • Web Site Design Notifications • Sorting Structure: (to be determined) • Letters will be sorted by date or topic in drop-down fashion by category Sample architecture
