Attendance: You hold the keys to your success or failure… • Notification of Absences • Scheduled: Memo to CEO w/copy to VP* • Unscheduled: Call in 887-4994 or email CEO before shift starts • Field Trips: Memo to CEO w/copy to VP * (indicate reason for absence on sign in sheet) • Additional PPs earned if absences = zero • Punctuality • Arrive on time! • 3rd +Tardy-Office Referral and a deduction of 1 PP for each occurrence. • Additional PPs earned if tardies = zero VP indicates on sign-in sheet the day(s) of the field trip
Professional Points…Going the extra-mile places you ahead in the game. • Percentage of your grade • Total Needed • 25 1st/3rd quarter • 35-2nd/4th quarter • Can Earn and/or Lose Points • Keep your Professional Point sheet in the front of your policy manual. • Points can be transferred to the second/fourth quarter if more than needed has been earned. ($ in the bank!)
Module Procedures • How to Obtain Modules • During CEO presentation of concepts Working ahead obtain from the VP • Types • Learning (odd numbers) • Must be totally correct , use notes, text, etc… • 3 submission opportunities to earn 100 • 4th submission 64 and PP deduction • Application (even numbers) • Objective tests, production tests, projects • Must sign up for tests with the VP 24 hours in advance of the testing date. • 3 submission opportunities-1st (100%), 2nd (80%), 3rd (64%) • No submission after the 3rd attempt
Module Procedures • Submitting Modules • Evaluation Sheet • Module Instruction Sheet • List all file names used in completing work for the module • Indicate the evaluation number • All work must be in order • Items which require VP initials must be signed • 1st time all items correct---Earn Professional Point! • Corrections/Redos • All work returned • New Evaluation Sheet • Module Instruction Sheet • Corrected Assignments • Old Evaluation Sheet • Old Assignments
