  27. Finance – key stages • Send financial tables to Maureen by 15 November • Final payment of 20% on approval of Final Report

  28. Financial requirements • Payments based on results and receipts (flight costs, hotel receipts, boarding passes, etc.) • Follow finance & administration handbook advice • Exchange rates on date of transfer – NRC provides the rate DKK, RON, UK£ • Keep within budget

  29. Budget headings • Staff costs – timesheets, evidence of day rate • Travel & subsistence – overnight stays • Equipment – no budget • Subcontracting – translation, printing • Other – EfVET conference fees, press releases, room hire
