CÁC CÔNG VIỆC CHO NĂM HỌC MỚI (CHỈ LÀM SAU KHI XÉT LÊN LỚP LẦN 2) • Tạothamsốnămhọc mới cho mô dun: HS, GV, ĐĐ, TV, TB, … • Chuyểnhồsơtừnămtrước sang. • Xửlínhữnghslưu ban, chuyểnlớp (nếucó) • Nhậpbổ sung danhsáchhọcsinh khối 1 hoặc khối 6. • Kiểmtradanhsáchđảmbảochínhxác. • Sắpxếp ABC (chọn khối và chọn các kiểu sắp xếp) • Tạomãthẻchohọcsinh • Khaibáomônhọc • Phâncôngchuyênmôn, cậpnhậtchếđộđiểm • Phâncôngchủnhiệm • In sổđiểmcánhân. • Giáoviênnhậpđiểm, GVCN nhậpkiểmdiệnvàhạnhkiểm

  2. 1 số nghiệp vụ khác • Theo dõi nhật kí sửa điểm. • Cập nhật hs chuyển đến. • Cập nhật hs đi, bỏ học. • Nhập nhận xét của Hiệu trưởng vào sổ điểm lớp. • Xét lên lớp, thi lại. • Đổi mật khẩu các loại tài khoản.
