  2. Nicholas Kostopulos is an intelligent and experienced professional with an extensive track record of successful employments both in the business and legal arenas. He has vast international experience, and has been the lead counsel and executive during the execution of more than 60 strategic alliances pertaining to the development and commercial application of healthcare products, technologies and services for healthcare providers and patients worldwide. In addition, he has also worked as transaction counsel for more than 30 drug, device, and software developers.

  3. As a legal expert on risk assessment and dispute resolution, he has designed and implemented over 40 regulatory compliance and other auxiliary training programs. These span a diverse range of industries including pharmaceutical, financial and real estate services, and government contracting. Nicholas has also worked as the Chief Counsel and investigator for legal and regulatory compliance with federal government and Fortune 500 companies.

  6. Since he grew up near the sea, he is a former semi professional long board surfer. He enjoys taking care of his body and likes to work out and box as a part of his regular routine.
