Applicable Sr. No. PROBLEM: WHEN COMPRESSOR STARTS, BLOWER MOTOR SPEED GOES VERY LOW. REASON: IT IS DUE TO DRY SOLDER AT MOTOR FEEDBACK CONNECTOR. CORRECTIVE ACTION: RESOLDERING IS TO BE DONE AT 3& 5 PIN CONNECTORS. STEP 1 DESOLDER THE CONNECTORS CN2,CN4 & CN6 (SEE FIG BELOW) STEP 2 CLEAN CARBON WITH BRUSH/ PETROL STEP3 RESOLDER CONNECTORS USING FLUX. (SEE FIG BELOW) EA18SCRPA1 Applicable Model : STEP 1 CONNECTORS CN2 & CN4 CONNECTOR CN6 STEP 3 I/C : INTERCHANGEABILITY CODE N/C : NUMERAL CODE R&D A 1 Interchangeable :Old and new parts can be used in products To improve performance 2 as the bulletin regardless of manufacture date To improve productivity B 3 Old parts can be substituted for new parts : Old parts can be used in previous To improve reliability Q.A. 4 products only.
