Purpose • to stimulate discussion and engage Ballymun teachers in a dialogue about the development of an education plan for Ballymun • to continue the development of a positive working relationship with Ballymun schools Ballymun Partnership
Method • June 2005 • 11 primary schools • 3 post primary schools (now 1 post primary since September) • 8 Focus Group Meetings with teaching staff • 140 teachers through meetings • Explanatory letter and Questionnaire • Questionnaires to all 250 teachers (33% response rate – 82 questionnaires) • All focus group responses analysed thematically • All individual questionnaire responses analysed thematically Ballymun Partnership
