Symptoms of major depression 1. Feelings of : • Sadness • Emptiness • Worthlessness 2. Loss of Interest or pleasure in most activities 3. Difficulty thinking, concentrating, or making decisions 4. Decreased energy, feeling fatigued, or “slow” 5. Oversleeping, early morning awakening, insomnia 6. Thoughts of death or suicide, plans or attempts
