  2. Teleport by Coordinates • Find the coordinates of where you want to teleport to (F3). • Hit T to open the chat window. • Type "/tpplayerXYZ", where x, y, and z are the 3 numbers you get when finding a coordinate. • Hit enter to teleport. • EX) /tpbiy1010050 www.build-it-yourself.com

Teleport by Player Name • Find the coordinates of where you want to teleport to (F3). • Hit T to open the chat window. • Type "/tpplayer1player2", where player1 is the player to teleport and player2 is the player whose location player1 will go • Hit enter to teleport. www.build-it-yourself.com

Teleport Request • Hit T to open the chat window. • Type "/tpaplayer1", where player1 is the player you are asking to teleport to (You go you them if you accept) • Hit enter to teleport. • Hit T to open the chat window. • Type "/tpahereplayer1", where player1 is the player you are asking to teleport to YOU (this brings them to you if they accept) • Hit enter to teleport. • Use “/tpaccept” to accept a teleport request www.build-it-yourself.com

  5. Destroy All Mobs (animals etc) • Hit T to open the chat window. • Type "/killall” • Hit enter to destroy all monsters, civilians and animals • *Useful when students over spawn and server lags www.build-it-yourself.com

  6. Set Player Gamemode • Hit T to open the chat window. • Type “/gamemode1playername” • Hit enter • Replace the string “playername” with a player’s username and the number with a number below: • Survival: 0 • Creative: 1 • Adventure: 2 • Spectator: 3 www.build-it-yourself.com

  7. Set Time to Day • Hit T to open the chat window. • Type “/time set day” • Hit enter • You can swap out day for night or a numeric value www.build-it-yourself.com

  8. Ban/Pardon Player • Ban blocks a player • Pardon unblocks a player • To Ban: • Hit T to open the chat window. • Type “/banplayername” • Hit enter • To Remove Ban: • Hit T to open the chat window. • Type “/pardonplayername” • Hit enter www.build-it-yourself.com

  9. World Edit in Chat World edit allows you to use commands to edit the world in Minecraft. You can change or delete blocks quickly, generate structures, Copy and Paste, save schematics, etc. The super axe is a tool in world edit that allows you to select 3D regions by choosing two points (coordinates). www.build-it-yourself.com

  10. World Edit Enable Super Axe • Press “T” to bring up chat • Type “//” then press enter (enables/disables super axe in world edit) • Go into inventory (default “E” key) and equip the wooden axe www.build-it-yourself.com

  11. World Edit Use Super Axe to Make a Selection in the World • With super axe enabled and the wooden axe equipped, left click (attack/destroy) a block. This sets position one. • With the axe still equipped right click another location. This sets point two. • Now you can modify the selection, copy and paste it, etc. This will be outlined in the next slides. www.build-it-yourself.com

  12. World Edit Copy • With a selection made press “t” to bring up chat • type “//copy” • This has made a copy of your 3D selection. The blocks will be pasted relative to your position to the selection . The next slides will show what you can do with the copied blocks. www.build-it-yourself.com

World Edit Paste • To paste a selection from the clipboard you can type “//paste” in the chat box • The selection will be pasted relative to where you where standing from the structure when you copied it. World Edit Scematics (save) • Schematics are used to import/export structures within a world and between worlds • First, make a selection and use copy to add it to the clip board as the last slides outline. • Next we press “t” to bring up chat. • Type “//schematic save descriptivename” • This will export a structure to a file on the server.   15. World Edit Scematics (load) • First, know which schematic you want to load. Schematics are in the plugins folder on the server • Next we press “t” to bring up chat. • Type “//schematic load filename” • This will import a structure relative to the player’s position when it was copied. • NOTE: DO NOT ADD FILE EXTENSION TO FILENAME, JUST INPUT THE NAME HERE www.build-it-yourself.com

  16. World Edit Set • First make a selection, point one and two. See previous slides. • Next, press “t” to bring up chat. • Type “//setblockname” • This replaces the selected region. “0” makes it empty (air). You can do “stone”, “grass”, etc. Google a list of blocks if you need more block names to use. The names used with world edit sometimes slightly vary from the name of the block such as a space being removed etc. www.build-it-yourself.com
