HOW TO… Who has access to Admin pages: Secretary President Treasurer & any others you have requested i.e media officer Edit details on SU website Send e-mail to all members Add news article Add event on SU website Upload documents Check membership numbers & sales reports To add more committee member speak to you relevant coordinator!

  5. HOW TO… Log in Select ADMIN from top, grey menu & click on your society/club

ACCESS CLUB / SOCIETY EMAILS • Login to http://webmail.aber.ac.uk using your personal Aber email account • Click on user accounts icon on top right hand corner • Choose open another mailbox • Type in name or username of club/society • Click open • Mailbox will open in new browser Any problems contact Information Services 01970 622400 or is@aber.ac.uk
