There are three main ways to get paid Wholesaler / Reseller Volume Personal Volume Affiliate Volume • Get paid when your customers buys: • Products • Services • Refer friends and family that buy • Selling Affiliate’s allows you to override the volume from the Affiliate • Allows you to override the volume from products • and subscriptions • Earn signup and monthly commissions • Earn commissions from their monthly fee’s

Receive a %of subscription services (Residual Income) Get Paid 12.5% to 25% each month • Identity Theft – Price $5.95 • Roadside Assistance – Price $9.95 • Health Plan – Price $14.95 Receive one-time commissions on specific products • Sprint Phone = Get Paid $15.00 to $30.00 for every phone activated • Credit Repair = Get Paid $20.00 to $40.00 for every account activated • Accounting Ace = Get Paid 7.5%to 15.00% for each transaction completed

Subscription Commissions –Residual Income Wholesaler: Levels 1-7 Reseller: Levels 5-11 Example: Client purchases Health Package ($14.95 Plan) from Reseller • Reseller = (Level 11) = 12.50% of $14.95 = $1.87 per month • Wholesaler = (Level 7) = 17.50% of $5.95 = $2.62 per month • Wholesaler makes the Override from Reseller = $2.62 - $1.87 = $.75 cents per month or 5% Override from the Reseller

  11. Product Commissions –One Time Income Wholesaler: Levels 1-7 Reseller: Levels 5-11 Example: Client purchases Sprint Service from Reseller • Reseller = (Level 11) = $15.00 Wholesaler = (Level 7) = $21.00 • Wholesaler makes the override from Reseller = $21.00 - $15.00 = $6.00 Commission

  13. Sign Up & Monthly Commissions Sign Up Commission – One Time Commission Monthly Platform Fees – Residual Income • Reseller Commission Range: 12.5% to 20% • Wholesaler Commission Range: 17.5% to 25%

Example: Wholesaler selling an Affiliate Affiliate Sale: Cost:$299.00 Signup + $99.00 month Commission = $100.00 Signup + $17.32 Monthly Wholesaler (Level 7 =17.5%) payout, overriding Affiliate at 7.5% (17.5% -10.0%) Affiliate (10%) : Enroll 15 people through site Summary of Purchases 3 : Identity Theft at $5.95 2 : Roadside Assistance 5 : Health Package 2 : Sprint Phone 3 : Legal Assistance 15 People Total Revenue Earned as Reseller 17.5% 3 ID @ $5.95 = ($17.85 x 7.5%)= $1.34 Month 2 RS @ $9.95 = ($19.90 x 7.5%)= $1.49 Month 5 HP @ $14.95 = ($74.75 x 7.5%)= $5.61 Month 2 Sprint Service ($9.00 Activation) = $18.00 3 LA @ $7.95 = ($23.85 x 7.5%)= $7.79 Month $34.23 1st Month & $16.23 moving forward 1st Month = $100 + $34.23 = $134.23 Residual Revenue: $17.32 + $16.23 = $33.55
