She has more than twenty years of experience with F500 HR companies where she performed as Project Manager, Portfolio Manager, Survey Administrator and Benefits Change Specialist. While working with ORC Worldwide, Inc., she controlled the process of creating specific change management plans in line with the training and mentoring of client service staff and data analyst team. She was responsible for generating strategies that lead to the successful implementation of change initiatives in operations policies and work re-design. She oversaw the development and implementation of change benefit methodologies and procedures to guide the adoption of a new data management process. She was recognized in a 2007 organization-wide awards ceremony; presenting her with the Bravo Award for exceptional work performance, stakeholder satisfaction, effective staff/client training & presentation, and successful [operations level] adoption of standard operating procedures impacting SIRS Survey Suite, all aspects of survey production lifecycle, data management to report delivery.
