Plan of ActionGrowing Your Own Technicians • Locate Students Prospects, Tell Them of the Opportunities Available • Vocational Schools • Automotive Programs • Automotive Competitions (VICA, NADA, etc.) • High Schools • Counselors • Automotive Programs • Customer Base • Employees and Friends • Develop a Joint effort with OSU Institute of Technology to recruit quality individuals • Become Actively involved with local Vocational Technical & High Schools • Get to know your local instructor • Visit school to recruit for ASEP intern • Work closely with local school Automotive advisory board • Utilize or develop a local AYES Program
