#26-Why do we need to change? What is best for kids? • Teachers need to be able to use a variety of strategies to accommodate individual learning styles and engage students in their classrooms.

#28- How can students be more actively involved in learning?What does it look like to be a teacher coach? • Learning is more meaningful if students construct knowledge as higher levels of thinking are involved. • Teachers act as facilitators rather than lecturers. Teachers ask thoughtful questions instead of telling.
