Tripartite Certificate of Compliance with Labor Standards (TCCLS) Given to Ulticon
The Tripartite Certificate of Compliance with Labor Standards (TCCLS) is provided for under DOLE Department Order No. 115 otherwise referred to as “Operational Guidelines on the issuance of Tripartite Certificate of Compliance with Labor Standards,”. From the different regions throughout the Philippines only a handful of organizations have met their requirements.
From Region XI Ulticon Builders Inc., headed by Carlos Gonzales of Davao has acquired this certification, issued on the 10th of September 2012. It is the initial level seal of good housekeeping issued to enrolled establishments and is a reformed measure of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), that introduced market voluntary compliance with labor standards, such as the General Labor Standards (GLS), Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS), and Child Labor Law (Republic Act 9231).”
To qualify for the TCCLS, an establishment must meet these criteria: (a) it should be duly registered with either the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), DOLE and other appropriate government agencies; (b) it features a valid business permit from the Local Government Unit; (c) it does not have any pending case with the DOLE involving violations of General Labor Standards, Occupational Safety and Health Standards, and Child Labor Law during the time of the application; and (d) it has no case of Fatal Accident, Permanent Total/Partial Disability, or Occupational Illness within twelve months at the time of the application.
