People care. • Wasting people’s time is bad • Needs to focus on problems to change

The IETF needs your support • Effective support structures let us focus on engineering, not process • Stable, transparent finances let us focus on engineering, not fund-gathering • The IETF must remain an open organization based on individual participation • That’s how we benefit the Internet best.
