She was responsible for developing the company’s Quality Management System and obtaining AS9120, ISO 9001-2008, ANSI/ESD S20.20, FAA 0056A and CCAP 101 certifications, along with developing the company’s website and internal databases. Lori LeRoy has a BA in Business Management with a Minor in Human Resources. She has extensive management, operations, quality control systems and IT experience.
