We moved from a blame culture to a solution focussed culture
Lessons learnt from Lincolnshire • Get the players together and agree team work (it is likely to deliver better results) • Agree the rules up front and be consistent in their application • Invest to save • New ways of working • Do it all year round (not just winter)
