Lead operations during shift. Ensure employee compliance with all rules and regulations of the company. Regulate manpower Promotion-November ’05 Job title- Industrial Engineer Job description: Maintain, optimize, and study flow of manufacturing operations. Six Sigma-Black Belt Project management. Eliminate “Muda” or waste in machinery, labor, and production methods. Provide leadership in manufacturing technology and occupational safety. Work Output Monthly Eliminate waste of machinery, labor, and production methods. Analyze quartile reports Weekly Six Sigma training-Black Belt STOP- for Ergonomics & Supervision Evaluate long term projects Evaluate weekly productivity Daily Work on a variety of projects for various departments Project Management-short term & long term Kaizen-continuous improvement Practice occupational safety Communicate with various departments Engineering Upper Management HR Maintenance First line Supervisors Union Purchasing Model Shop Tool & Die Contractors & Vendors IT Interns Internship Information: I submitted my resume at the Fall 2004 Engineering Career Fair. I was selected for an interview Fall 2005. Having studied Industrial Technology through Iowa State has prepared me for a excellent career in manufacturing. I am able to lead my own projects and work with a group of engineers that value and encourage teamwork. There are opportunities with Electrolux worldwide and in 37 facilities nationwide.
