Addressing unemployment issues among 30 war victims with disabilities in Kart-e-Now area of Kabul, Afghanistan by providing training, job opportunities, and support. Implementing a one-year project focusing on education, skills, job search, and monitoring for sustainable impact.

Action Plan: 1.Name of Action Plan: employment for war victim in the Kart_E _Now. 2.Background: • Due to 40 years’ continuous war, the country is having more disability victims. • Many of them are PWD people. • War victims do not have jobs and small houses have been given by the government in Kart E Now. • Government has given jobs for the wives of victims. Cooperation Learning Centre (CLC) to support them.
Total No of houses in the kart e now area (4,000): • Apartments: rich (2000) • House: big & middle class family (1700) • Small house: Family houses for disabled (300) • Public school: For middle class or children with disabilities • Two Private schools: For rich • CLC or Vocational Centre for training: clothes sewing, primary education, carpet sewing (Middle or female family members of disabled) • Super market: (rich) • Small shops: (middle class, people with disability) • Park: for all • Private hospital • Bus and taxi station • Small hotels • Sports club • Four mosques one is large and three small

Short Term Objective • Employment for 30 war victim with PWD (mostly physical) by March, 2020 6.Target Area: • (Afghanistan Kabul Kart e now) 7.Target Population • 30 war victims with disability.

Risk (Killer assumption), how to overcome • Measure & think to overcome risk • Non-availability of budget could be overcome by findings supporting national and international agencies who could support • Low number of vacancies will be overcome by searching online/newspaper vacancies 13. Monitoring • Monitoring to be done by senior officers of the Government • Monitoring to be done by once every three months.
