Pablo Picasso (1881-1973) • He had many , many famous works and changing styles • Blue Period- characterized by shades of blue (depression in his life) • Rose Period- characterized by shades of pink and red (fun times/ many circus performers were his topic) • Most famous style- cubism- characterized by many geometric shapes (very abstract and modern) • Influenced by the Spanish Civil War (1930’s)
