  4. 网络传输服务质量问题 • 一堆包从Sender到Receiver之间存在以下问题 • （1）Dropped Packages：表现为打开网页时一些内容无法传送，引起信息准确性的问题 • （2）Delay：一般来讲，包的序列在经过多个路由后才到达目的地。表现为信息实时性的问题，例如用手机通话，必须将延时控制在0.15s一下 • （3）Jitter：不同的包是经由不同的路径到达目的地，而每条路径的Delay不一致造成的。表现为信息实时性和一致性的问题。 • （4）Out of Order Delivery：接收的包的顺序与发送的不一致，表现为信息一致性和信息同时性的问题 • （5）Error：传输过程中的出错的情况，更多的指包内的数据，表现在数据准确性的问题。
