Sturbridge: 20 years T C USA • Town By Laws: • Non Hazard Tree removal: adopted in 1998, amended in 2000 to include protected root zones • Drive way (curb cut) bylaw amended 2001, added tree protection provision • Scenic Road Bylaw: adopted in 2004 • Sub division Bylaw revised in 1995 and again in 2004, updated tree planting requirements • Site Plan Review: complete rewrite of landscaping section 2008
