  4. Stages • Individual exploitation plans • Assessment on business potential for the commercial exploitation of the Artisan services as a whole in the participating countries • Detection of parts of Artisan that can be isolated and exploited individually

  5. Focus on… • Standard for sharing effective energy KPI among supply chain partners • Suggestions coming from sharing XLS on energy performance data in the textile sector, to have a peer-review falling into suitable KPIs for different actual situations.

  6. Next steps • Agreement on the path to be pursued (dedicated meeting to identify main IPR issues?) • Drawing of early exploitation intentions by each project partner, deadline: 1st October 2012
