(e.g. IBM lenovo laptop with Intel duo core 2GB RAM, running Windows XP version 200 SP2) [Start->control panel->system->General] or • If applicable, the problemetic application name & version. (e.g. Microsoft Powerpoint 2007) • A brief description on what you problem is. • E.g. my laptop repeatly crashed when trying to boot up, the error message is like this. The laptop cannot boot up now. • E.g Can not insert a picture file into my Powerpointslidedeck • I cannot connect to the Parkmont wireless network from my laptop. It has never worked for me on this laptop. • If you wish we call you, what’s the number and best time to call • If you wish to setup a 1:1 meeting to fix the issue, best time to meet. (weekend is OK).
