Named “Nemesis”, this piece caught my eye as my ideal description of how Satan should be depicted. This is what I was scared of as a child.
This piece, “Head of a Stag” caught my eye as one of the favorite works of Albrecht Durer. It reminds me of my time spent in the woods hunting deer and really hit home.
“Wing of a Roller” caught my eye because it had much more color contrast than any other of his works. Maybe because they couldn’t always control the lighting when he was working?
The title “Young man leaning forward using drill” is what caught my eye for this piece, it made me wonder how long work took back then without modern machinery.
This picture made me like it because it had things that couldn’t happen in it. All of the other pictures besides the representation of Satan could have actually happened.
