  2. 成分採血の種類 • 血漿採血 • 体重により採漿量は決められている（300ml~600ml） • 血小板採血 • 約１時間で5～20単位の血小板採血が可能 • 単核球採取 • 造血幹細胞移植後の白血病再発時にドナーリンパ球輸注療法に使用 • 顆粒球採取 • 白血球減少により重篤な感染症を発症している際にドナーにG-CSFを投与し、顆粒球を採取、輸注する • 末梢血幹細胞採取 • 末梢血幹細胞移植に使用

  3. 血液センターにおける採血基準 ＊65歳以上の供血は60～64歳の間に供血経験がある場合に限る

  4. 採血機器と回路 Paced RBC MNC Platelet Poor Plasma

  5. 採血時の副作用 • 血管迷走神経反応（Vaso-vagal reaction: VVR） • 軽症の場合、気分不良、顔面蒼白、あくび、冷汗、悪心、めまい • 重症の場合、嘔吐、意識喪失、痙攣、尿失禁 • 血圧低下、徐脈、呼吸数の減少 • クエン酸反応（低Ca血症） • 軽い場合、口唇、手指のしびれ、寒気、気分不良 • 重症の場合、悪心、嘔吐、痙攣、意識喪失 • 過換気症候群 • 皮下出血および血腫 • 動脈穿刺 • 神経損傷
