  1. 4-H Scholarship Bucks New Funding Policy Starting September 1, 2005 Scholarship Bucks will be awarded for participation on the county level. Scholarship Bucks will be awarded for Gold or 1st place winners on the district and state level. Scholarships will be honored 1 year from the date of the event or activity. All scholarship funds are contingent upon available funding.
