  2. Having only a teaching job Pros • More time for students • More attention during lectures Cons • Boredom • Teaching the same material

  3. Having an additional job/research Pros • Up-to-date • Direct understanding of how things work Cons • Distraction during lectures • Research and projects my take up a lot of time.

  4. Logical Fallacies • For the most part issue has to do with the quality of the teacher • Focused in class • Classes reflect personality • Not difficult to balance priorities (students are always on top) • “University lectures in the U.S. are not set up to keep professors busy” (Dayal)

  5. Conclusion • Having addition job experience will be beneficial. • It is important that teachers have up-to-date experiences • Professors have enough to time to have addition research • Quality of the lectures come from quality of the teacher.
