  7. Graduation Requirements p. 8 • 192 Credit Hours • Categories of Courses- General Education- Major & College- Electives • 2.0 gpa • OHIO Residency

  8. 192 Credit Hours p.8 0-44 Freshman 45-89 Sophomore (Major by 75 hours!) 90-134 Junior 135+ Senior • Most courses = 4 credit hours • MTWR 9:10-10am or MW 2:10-4pm • Labs & PE courses are the exception (May not earn 1 credit per 1 hour of class)

Credit Hours • Avg= 16 credit hours per quarter  4 classes • 192/4 years = 48 hours per year ÷ 3 quarters is 16 hours per quarter • Full Time = 11-20 credit hours • Financial Aid = 12 credit hours • Academic Scholarships = 16 credit hours • Athletic Scholarships = 12 credit hours • Dean’s List = 16 credit hours

  13. Math Placement • Review placement test results on pages 25-27 • DV1 = Math 101 (Basic Math) • DV2 = Math 102 (Elementary Algebra) • PL1 = Math 113 (Algebra) • PL2 = Math 163A (Intro to Calculus) • PL3 = Math 263A, (Calculus I) or 266A (Calculus Biological Sciences)
