MERIT You identify different types of facilities needed to meet the needs of 6 different types of customers giving appropriate examples. DISTINCTION You identify different types of facilities needed to meet the needs of 6 different types of customers giving a variety of well chosen examples.

  3. What do you have to do? • You must choose 6 customer types for each scenario and complete the table to show the facilities that could be provided for them. • There are some customer types and scenarios on the next page. • Try to be as specific as possible (eg. if you choose to write about a restaurant, choose a real place and give its name and research it to find out what facilities they offer). • Try to explain why each of the facilities you mention is important. • Choose 6 appropriate customer types for each of your scenarios. • Pass – choose 2 scenarios • Merit – choose 3 scenarios • Distinction – choose 5 scenarios of which at least one is not listed on slide 4.
