  34. Enabling CA on the NCP

  35. “ Enabling CA on the NCP To enable CA on extensions select 4.1.1 from the PCMC and go to “Option 9” Three Options - Disable (Extension can not use the CA feature) - Basic Only (CA Basic only) - Enable (CA Pro and CA Supervisor) Select “Enable” or “Basic Only” depending on which features the extension requires.

  37. “ Starting CA -1 CA is started by double clicking the desktop icon. Or By selecting the application from the “Start” menu

  38. “ Starting CA -2 The first time CA is run you will be prompted to choose the following: English French Germany Italian Spanish Portuguese Russian Ukrainian Chinese Language Selection International Access Code International Area Code If you need another Language, please contact our sales section. CA User Mode (Pro, Basic or Supervisor) Tick if IP softphone is used Tick if ICD group agent feature is to be enabled NB: If a user wish to change the blue setting items after installation, please un-install the CA from the PC and re-installation the CA again.
