Deliverables Present for the Congregation’s consideration by January 2004: • A revised, forward looking congregation Mission Statement with which Concordia’s vision is aligned. • A vision of the ministries that Concordia should aspire to and act to provide to the greater Greenwood community between the years 2004 through 2025 based on the inspiration of the Holy Spirit within each Concordia member, the needs of this area, and the opportunities presented by projected population changes. • A year-by-year tactical planning document that will serve as the roadmap for the congregation’s leadership over the next 20 years to help achieve “Vision 2025.” • Possible recommendations for immediate actions.
