Does this by… • Representing collective interests of retained stock councils • Lobbying government for a strong retained stock sector • Helping members meet the challenges and seize the opportunities of the recently reformed council housing finance system and other government initiatives • Demonstrating the benefits of retained stock in meeting wider local and national priorities • Promoting best practice • Listening to the views of tenants
ARCH Tenants Group • Meet four times a year • Our Chair and Vice Chair are Directors on the ARCH Executive Board • There are currently 22 tenants on the Tenants' Group
Summary of Tenants Group role • Meet and discuss topical issues affecting Council tenants • Feed in ideas and suggestions to ARCH Executive • Develop content for conference each year • Raise profile of ARCH • Represent Tenants Group as Directors
