Syllabus Course Structure: 3 lectures a week 1 “pre-test” (today) 3 exams 1 final
Syllabus Grading: 1 “pre-test” (10pts) 3 exams (100 pts each) 1 final (100 pts) You will be allowed to drop your lowest test grade.
Syllabus Grading: Conflict exams are not normally given except under extreme circumstances. You must have an approved excuse in writing. If you are ill the day of the exam, inform the instructor within 24 hours by email (envbio@life.uiuc.edu) or phone (333-7802).

Course Guidelines Please, no talking during lecture! Unless you have a question or comment relevant to class material, then go ahead and ask. Turn phones off before class!
Course Guidelines Take notes but don’t worry about writing every detail down. All lectures will be available on the course web site (check site often for updates and information). (if I am going to fast, let me know)
