  1. SGA Budget Request Packets For Fiscal Year 2014-2015

Important Dates to Remember • Budget Packets are Due February 28th by Midnight • March 14th & 15th : Question and Answer for budgets in the Amelia Room of the Student Union 12:00pm – 7:00pm • March 21st & 22nd : Budget Revisions for budgets in the Amelia Room of the Student Union 12:00pm – 7:00pm

  3. Dates • Within a week after the submission of the Organization Budget, a time will be e-mailed out for both weekends when your Organization will be meeting with the Student Finance Committee. Each Organization will get a date either March 14th or 15th for Question and Answer or March 21st or 22nd for Budget Revisions.

  5. Organization’s Checklist • General Information • Student Activity Fees Account Number • Signature Authorization Form • Contact Information • Collegiate Link Information • Student Finance Committee Contact • Line Item Budget Request

  6. Signature Authorization Form Given to Organizations during Question and Answer and is need by Budget Revisions Needed before any money is allocated to any organization

  7. Line Item Budget • Every organization must submit a Line Item Budget Request via email to sgasfc1839@gmail.com in a Microsoft Excel format. Line Item Budget Requests not sent in a Microsoft Excel format will NOT be accepted.

  8. Final Approval by Senate March 26th SFC allocations are emailed to Senate Suggested Revisions are due by March 31st at midnight April 8th and April 15th All budgets are being voted on by the Senate as one motion by tiers
