How does a wolf protect itself and what harms a wolf? We wolves have 2 defensive adaptations. Wolves have their sharp claws to scratch it’s prey, and to dig up dirt to make dust so the predator can’t find the wolf. We also have sharp teeth to bite the prey or predator. We use it to snarl at our prey or predator so they get scared and run away. What harms us? Well, when the humans settled in, they would take us, kill us, and eat us. So that is how we protect ourselves and how we are harmed.
