  2. Morning sickness is a condition many women experience in the first trimester, it is because of the rapidly growing uterus, baby, placenta and hormones. What is morning sickness?

  3. Morning sickness lasts for the typical woman that does get it about 12-14 weeks along from your last period. Not everybody will get morning sickness but women that do once you are getting into the second trimester the hormones that cause the sickness start to decrease and you will start to feel better.

  4. Try and go for foods with high protein or carbohydrates. Smaller meals more frequently will really help with your battle with how to get rid of morning sickness.

  5. You must stay hydrated at all times this means staying away from beverages that is going to cause dehydration. Drink cold, clear and carbonated or sour liquids a good example of this would be ginger ale or lemonade.

  6. Folic acid is recommended for all women of child bearing age, it is in almost all women’s multi vitamins and it can also be taken by itself. This is an important medication to take because it will prevent neural tube defects which are problems in the nervous system of the baby
