Định nghĩa của HTTT • Mai: là lãnh đạo trên tinh thần phục vụ mang đến lợi ích chung • Hiệp: hết lòng, hết sức, hết ý làm theo ý muốn Chúa • Tiên: làm gương tốt • Ngự: là lãnh đạo có khải tượng, kế hoạch, kêu gọi cộng tác • Bảo: phục vụ với động lực hầu việc người khác • Châu: đáp ứng nhu cầu thông qua mối liên hệ yêu thương • Tòng: hướng dẫn và phục vụ người khác theo mẫu mực của Chúa Giêsus • Lanh: lấy công việc • Tân: lãnh đạo qua sự phục vụ • Tuấn: là lối lãnh đạo với tinh thần khiêm nhường • Phương: lấy hiệu quả

  3. Definition • “Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be slave of all. For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." (Mark 10:42-45) • Servant leadership encourages leaders to serve and to lead others on achieving results in line with the organization's values and purpose. Lãnh đạo phục vụ là loại lãnh đạo mà người lãnh đạo vừa phục vụ vừa hướng dẫn người khác đạt được kết quả như hoạch định để chu toàn giá trị và mục đích của tổ chức.
