Need for Design • To prevent the loss of property, pet, and/or children • Statistical Facts- • DOJ reported an average of 2,185 children missing every day • ASPCA states that 65% of households in the U.S. have pets • Common knowledge: Everyone will or had misplaced a personal item in their lifetime Milestones: • Order all parts 2/6/2012-complete • Design website 2/16/2012-complete • Program microcontroller 3/1/2012~75% complete • Construct prototype 3/15/2012 • Debug prototype 4/1/2012

  3. Task Recently Completed • Have written the program source code to calculate signal strength. • Found threshold java code online

  4. Ongoing Tasks • Working on coding the threshold levels. • Looking for proper encasing for MC and BTM • Designing the prototype. • Finish the project file. Each team member delegated individual tasks.

  5. Upcoming Tasks • Testing and debugging the prototype. • Final Draft completion • Start to work on the demo day poster.
