Who are supposed to be here? • SPI Co-ordinators – Project leaders – Architects interested in: • How to tackle pro-active quality management • Learning about a framework to implement SW Quality Management • Checking what is up next when continuing improvement • Learning how to move on from Level 3.

  3. What is the objective? • Share the experiences of SW Quality Management • Discuss the pitfalls and bottlenecks and come up with suggestions and possible solutions

  4. What output do we expect? • List of pitfalls – bottlenecks – open issues with • A description and their effect • Context where they typically occur (type of product, type of development, technology, …) • Suggestions and possible solutions

  5. How are we going to do it? • Short presentation of the approach of Bruges • Discussion with the participants on the benefits of SQM, the outcomes, and the shortcomings. • Brainstorm on: • Which problems may occur and in which circumstances (the context) • Possible solutions (maybe context dependent)
