Certification Concerns • Several certifications have emerged as high performance cleaning system • Designed to clean quicker, and with Green principles • Most require buildings to be certified and the certification must be paid for each building and resubmitted for future “evaluation”

Performance Plus LBO • LBOs can also get certified as a Performance Plus vendor • If so certified, they agree to perform IAW Performance Plus guidelines in the designated building • They also agree to participate in the Performance Plus training module for LBOs
Why LBOs • CW wants good LBOs that can perform at a higher level both from a cleaning and performance standard • Performance Plus LBOs allow CW to bid at a higher rate and allow the LBO to be more profitable • PP LBOs will quickly become preferred LBOs
