  2. Background • The NCDN-CEE had its first capacity development meeting in FAO Budapest 16-17th November 2006. The web site is: http://agrowebcee.net/subnetwork/ncdn/ Participation • The meeting was attended 11 countries: • Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, CzechRepublic, FYR Macedonia, Hungary, The Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia.
