  2. Why do a survey? • Assess the general knowledge of ADA at Creighton University • Assess current practice regarding issues related to the ADA by supervisors and faculty • Planning future committee activities • Creating a baseline to assess the effectiveness of future activity

  3. General Data • We did not track who completed the survey • The survey was completed 485 times • 124 verbatim comments
